Meet Chucky, a 77-pound Staffy mix and affectionate gentle giant. At 4 years old, he loves cuddling, leisurely walks, toy-flinging fun, and relaxing on the couch. He is loyal, easygoing, and would enjoy a yard for sniffing adventures.

Chucky knows “sit” and “stay” and is working on remaining calm around rabbits and squirrels. He is crate trained and is also making progress with a routine using a cozy gated area.

He has lived with four other dogs and gets along especially well with smaller female dogs. He is less comfortable with large male dogs and may become jealous when attention is focused elsewhere. He is recommended for homes with children age 10 and older.

Ideal Home

Chucky would thrive with an affectionate family, older children, leisurely walks, a calm routine, and ideally a yard. A home familiar with his dog-selective preferences would be the best fit.
