Meet Rocky! This handsome 2-year-old boy has a past filled with loneliness, found abandoned in the Texas heat, confined to a cage on an apartment balcony with only a Chihuahua for company. Despite his rough start, Rocky's heart remains incredibly full of love and hope. He thrives in the sanctuary, enjoying his pack, free runs, and soaking up all the attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement and trust, eager to share his affection.
