Hiya Friends! My name is Harley, and I'm a gentle, 7-year-old German Shepherd mix gal with a soul full of love to give. I might not be the most stunning German Shepherd, but what I lack in looks, I make up for with my sweet nature. I'm a big girl who could stand to lose a few pounds, and I'd love a human who wants to be my walking buddy on a health journey. I recently arrived at my foster home, where I'm getting plenty of exercise and attention. I've been with the rescue for a while with no interest, and I'm dreaming of a peaceful retirement home where I can live out my golden years. If you're looking for a calm, friendly companion with moderate energy, I'd love to be your best friend.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a calm home without lots of rowdy kids or other dogs. I'd thrive in a quiet environment where I can have your undivided attention and live out my golden years in peace. I would do fine with older kids (10+). I am good with large male dogs but no cats for me.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Old dogs can learn new tricks! I'm ready to continue learning and would love a patient companion to help me.
