My name is Lily Pearl, and I'm a sweet, intelligent, and affectionate four-year-old girl. I'm a 58 lb. Labrador mix with beautiful black, tan, and white brindled fur, captivating light brown eyes, and a truly passionate, fun-loving personality. I've been with my rescue for over two years, patiently waiting for my perfect match. I have a deep desire to bond one-on-one and am eager to shower my special person with love, kindness, and companionship. I love to snuggle, give hugs, and share kisses!

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a home with an experienced dog owner who works from home. A fenced-in backyard would be wonderful for me to chase balls, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. I also enjoy long walks, and if you like running or agility courses, I'd love to join you! I need a nurturing, gentle environment that praises my efforts and provides a predictable routine.

I am spayed and current on my vaccinations.

Training & Support

I may have some herding instincts and am learning to socialize appropriately with other pets in small doses. While I'm curious and sweet in public, I can be timid. I enjoy enrichment toys and cognitive games. I am a quick learner and know commands like "sit," "slow," "touch," "hug," and "kiss." Harsh training methods won't work for me; positive reinforcement is key! I am comfortable resting in my crate during the day and can use puppy pads indoors as well as going potty outside.

Transportation

I am currently being fostered in Schaumburg, IL, approximately one hour south of the Wisconsin border. I would benefit from some visits prior to adoption.
