Sunny

Sunny is a gentle, shy Chiweenie mix with short legs and a vibrant red coat. She is currently in Oklahoma and is looking for a patient, loving family who will give her time to build confidence and settle in.

Ideal Home

Sunny would do best in a quiet, low-pressure home with children aged 5 and up. She enjoys the security of other dogs and shares space, food, and water peacefully with her siblings. She has not been formally tested with indoor cats but is exposed to cats at the rescue and may do well with patient introductions and appropriate boundaries.

Ongoing Health

• Spayed and up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations
• Dewormed and maintained on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
• Heartworm negative
• Will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and certified health certificate within 10 days of transport

Training & Support

Sunny is a timid young puppy who needs gentle encouragement when meeting new people or experiencing new situations. She is not house-trained yet. The rescue provides lifelong support, and if the placement is not a match, Sunny can return to the rescue in Oklahoma on the next available transport.
